Payment Terms
- Project-based billing: 20% advance, 50% mid-project, 30% on delivery
- Milestone billing for large projects
- Product purchases: one-time or subscription-based
- Free 15-day trials on GNS products
- Refunds require valid reason; Ecommerce refunds require verified dispatch and unboxing video
Ownership and Deliverables
Upon full payment, You receive full ownership of:
- Source code
- UI/UX designs
- Architecture plans
- Documentation
Genius Nested Software retains no rights over custom-built solutions. SaaS access is granted during active subscription or license.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
- NDAs signed with all clients
- All project data remains confidential
- Legal documents collected: CNIC, Passport, Business proof, Utility bills
- No changes made without client consent
Warranty and Liability
- 20-day free support post-delivery for minor changes, bug fixes, and setup assistance
- PDF guide provided for software usage
- Updates and feature ideas shared via email/SMS
- Projects must be ethical
- Company not liable for misuse by clients or third parties
- Client-side errors fixed free within 20 days
Timelines and Delivery Discipline
- Estimated delivery timelines provided during project scoping
- Fast-track delivery incurs 20% surcharge
- Projects begin only after formal approval
- Final delivery contingent on full payment
- Payment delays over 10 days may result in suspension
Support and Communication
- Support hours: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM PKT (with prayer breaks)
- Contact via WhatsApp or client dashboard
- Emergency support available for active clients
Legal Compliance
We operate in compliance with Pakistan’s tax, banking, and export laws. All transactions and documentation are handled transparently and legally.

Termination

International Compliance
- EU users benefit from mandatory local laws
- US users must not be in embargoed countries or on restricted lists
Severability and Waiver
If any provision is invalid, it will be interpreted to fulfill its intent. Waiver of one breach does not waive future breaches.
Translation Interpretation
In case of translation, the original English version prevails.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at our discretion. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance. Continued use implies acceptance.
